The 10th UNESCO Global Media and Information Literacy Week 2021 is inaugurated with the exclusive first public screening in Greece of Roko Belic’ s award-winning documentary “Trust Me” (2020), produced by Getting Better Foundation. The screening will take place on Friday, October 22nd, at the Hellenic American Union Auditorium, in Athens. The event is co-organized by EKOME, which edited the Greek subtitling of the film, the School of Journalism and Mass Media Studies of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, D.C.N. Global and the Hellenic American Union. The screening aims to raise public awareness on misinformation in the digital age and the need for correct and critical use of information.
